Projects

Environmental Protection

To help refugees and other categories of displaced persons to identify different environmental protection issues that are relevant to their communities or nations and then train, equip, empower, and support them to implement needed projects to address the environmental issues to benefit their communities, nations, and the world.

Our environmental projects will cover the issues of – Water; Tree Planting; Climate Change; and Waste.

Human Rights and Refugee Protection

Refugees and other categories of displaced person have experienced and continue to experience human rights violations and as an organization serving them worldwide we have a fundamental commitment to human rights and the alleviation of human suffering.

Refugees and other categories of displaced persons come from families and communities where injustice is found and where activism begins. Awareness, education, and action are crucial to the advancement of human rights, whether locally or globally.

Our goal is to train, equip, empower, and support refugees and migrants to undertake human rights and refugee protection projects to not only enhance their situation but also to advance human rights in their families, communities, and nations.

Peacebuilding

Our goal is to train, equip, empower, and support refugees and other categories of displaced persons who are victims of war, violence, persecution, and conflict to become agents of peace and undertake community and national projects that impact different dimensions of peace;

Creating harmony, justice, and equality at personal level; Strengthening and promoting peace in their communities as opposed to hostility or violent conflict; Enhance security, social and economic welfare, and relationship with the environment that result in the betterment of relationships between humankind and its environment

We believe that local communities have the power to find their own solutions to war, conflict, violence, and persecution and to build better futures for their families, communities, and nations. Our goal is to help them make this happen.

Education and Training

Training and education are enablers and through investment they can be a significant contributor to the well-being of refugees and other categories of displaced persons and in turn positively impact the socio-economic welfare of any community and nation in which they live.

Our ideal training strategy - focused, practical, job-related, skills and competence-based training at a range of levels.

We will provide opportunities for the training and education of refugees and other categories of displaced persons at a range of levels that meet their needs and impact their communities and nations in which they live.

In cooperation with local and international partners we will offer a comprehensive range of career-oriented education and training opportunities to support and enhance the economic and social development of individuals and the communities and nations in which they live.

Sports and Recreation

Our organization fully acknowledges the potential of sport as a tool to reach personal, community, national and international development objectives. We are also interested in how sport can be used as a tool for addressing some of the challenges that arise from humanitarian crises and in conflict and post-conflict settings.

We will organize with the full participation of refugees, migrants, and other categories of displaced persons various sporting activities that will enhance their physical, social, mental, psychological and general well-being and also positively impact the communities and nations in which they live.

“Sport is increasingly recognized as an important tool in helping the United Nations achieve its objectives, in particular the Millennium Development Goals. By including sport in development and peace programmes in a more systematic way, the United nations can make full use of this cost-efficient tool to help us create a better world.”

Ban Ki-moon, Former United Nations Secretary-General

“Sport has a crucial role to play in the efforts of the United Nations to improve the lives of people around the world. Sport builds bridges between individuals and across communities, providing a fertile ground for sowing the seeds of development and peace."

Wilfried Lemke, Special Adviser to the Secretary-General on Sport for Development and Peace
